FIRST SHIPMENT TO CUBA BALTIMORE. Md., Oct. 22. The horses that C. L. Mackay and R. E. Westmoreland will race at Oriental Park during the winter were shipped from Port Tampa for Havana last week. This is the first consignment to leave this country for the Cuban track. During the next month several shipments will leave various points in this country for Cuba. Reports that have been sent up from Havana aro very flattering and would seem to indicate that the Cuba-American Jockey and Auto Club will have a prosperous winter meeting. James Milton and Charles Campeau are looking after the shipments from Kentucky.
