MALVERN HILL FARM STUD LAUREL, Md., Oct 23. Geo. Saportas, acting for the Malvern Hill Farm, disposed of a yearling colt by the Ogden stallion Iron Duke from Gulf Light to the Pastime Stable and two yearlings, one by Iron Duke from Elizabeth B. and another by Iron Duke from the Meddler mare Classer, to Thomas Doyle. Trojan, which also stands at the Malvern Hills Farm near Westchester, Pa., has been booked to about twenty mares for next spring. Col. Elliott of Washington, D. C, booked one of his mares to Trojan as has also Matt Brady, while R. E. Vickerman booked four.
