I FAIR PHANTOM TO STUD LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 14. Kay Spence has decided to ship a carload of horses he has here back to the Audley Farm in Virginia to winter and go there himself to take up sixteen horses, six old ones and ten yearlings that he will add to the dozen that will leave here Sunday intended for racing at New Orleans during the winter. Fair Phantom, Resting Time, Rose Estell and Alma Wasser will be shipped from here to Hamburg Farm, near Lexington, to be mated next spring with. Sir Martin.
