DELAY NEWMARKET SALES Special Cablegram. LONDON, Eng., Nov. 14. The Newmarket December sales have been postponed until December 10 because of the dissolution of Parliament and the general election called for December 6. This move was occasioned by the fact that during the campaign it is unlikely that the sales would attract as many bidders as usual.
