STEWARDS POST NEW RULE NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. IS. The following rule was posted this morning by order of the stewards: "Anyone entering a horse in a race for which they are not eligible will be fined 525.00." Recently there have been several horses entered in races that have been found ineligible, and the purport of the rule is to make trainers more careful when entering their charges.
