HEALY SIGNS TWO JOCKEYS WASHINGTON, D. C, Jan. 20. J. W. Healy, who is training a string of jumpers with his extensive list of flat performers at Benning, has engaged W. Keating and C. Smoot to ride his steeplechasers for the current year. In addition to the horsos he handled last season for A. C. Bostwick he will train several for Gen. J. A. Buchanan, Mrs. F. Ambrose Clark and others.
