AN UNUSUAL IRISH RULING At the Limerick Junction Ireland meeting in October a race won by a horse named Frank Colin was declared void because ita position on the race card was not in accordance with that published, in the Irish racing calendar. On the card the race was down for 3 :45 p. m., and in the calendar 4 :15 p. m. The winner was a 3 to 1 on favorite.
