ANNETTE TELLER gained steadily from a slow beginning,, but tired after getting to the leader at the eighth post. SMART MONEY moved up rapidly after rounding the far turn, but also tired in the final drive. BLUE BRUSH and DR. SUAFEIt both quit after leading briefly. The latter made a threatening rush in the stretch run, but tired in the last sixteenth. FRANCHISE was in the rough going for the first quarter and was sharply cut olf cn the turn out of the backstretch, but finished much the fastest of all.
