JAKE BYER RETURNS EAST NEW YORK, X. Y. March "1.— Jake Byer 1 as returned from Tijuana where he raced •luring the winter. He took five horses with him to the Mexican track and sold four of them, while Ounsandel, the other one. died during the winter, so that he returned empty handed The Byer string for rammer campaigning is at Belmont Bark and consists of the good four year-old filly Dot and the thiee- ear-olds Royal Miss, Split Ticket and Dodona.
