The latter closed a gap and wi uld have been second in a few more strides. GALLEON ran well and had no mishaps. lKDKS TIJIAN set a good pace for three-quarters and quit. WASHINGTON began slowly, but worked his way up on the outside and finished fast. FREDERIC KTOWN closed a big gap. MtAU NASH showed early speed, but tired badly. PRISCIU.A RULEY, close up from the start, under slight restraint, came fast while rounding the stretch turn and, passing AMJ BEN AHDEM, drew clear to win easing up. ABU BEN AHDK.M began slowly and was rushed to the front and set a fast pace, saved ground, but tired finally. PLOUGH BOY ran a good race from the start and finished well. BAR GOLD raced in a pocket for he first three -quarters and tired when called on. ARAGOfN was turned sideways when the barrier was released and, being much used in racing into contention, tired badly. Scratched 77627 Uncle Sonny. 108. ALADDIN set the early pace and showed speed throughout, but could not withstand the winners challenge. EDWARD GRAY ran well and was forced to race wide throughout. EVER BOLD closed a gap and finished fast. MARYLAND BELLE made up ground. VETO showed early speed and tired badly in the stretch. TANGERINE was always outrun.
