g j j « | . I | j I j ] • I HARVEY AMES] CARLE BUILDING BROADWAY AT C2D STREET NEW YORK, N. TV SPECIAL NOTICE We were informed Monday that a man claiming to have an office in this building and in close touch with the affairs of this office, can, supply "Harvey Transactions" at reduced rates. Three complaints, giving the horses this man sent out, all wrong horses, never "Harvey Transactions," were submitted to us, and we have in turn placed this matter in the hands of the proper authorities. The public is warned in its own interest against this and other impostors, as this office has connection with no one in this line of business. "Harvey Transaction" TODAY-AT JAMAICA This transaction has been specially prepared for todays race, and good odds are expected. The last race of this horse should be ignored. Subscription 00 must be telegraphed early to assure listing. Positively no service to anyone unless subscription is here, because of the heavy expense involved. Every "Harvey Transaction" consists strictly of one horse. The Kentucky Derby selection of Mr. Ames was CHILHOWEE, which finished second, beaten a head by Black Cold, and paid 2.30 to place and .30 to show. On May 3rd this horse was sent complimentary to everybody on our list as the probable Derby winner on which Mr. Ames had wagered extensively in the winter books.
