READY AT NIAGARA FALLS Belleville Racing and Athletic Association Will Operate on Eastern Standard Time. NIAGARA FALLS, Ont., June 4.— M. C. Dewer, general manager of Belleville Racing and Athletic Association, has arrived here to take charge of arrangements for the associations spring meeting at the Niagara Falls race course, June 14 to 21 inclusive. He is very enthusiastic over the outlook for a successful meeting. The track was opened last fall as Stamford Fark, but the club changed the name, as Niagara Falls is better known than Stamford. The track will operate on eastern standard time, with the first race at 2 :30. With Toronto, Buffalo, St. Catherines and other nearby cities on daylight saving time it is expected that the fact that Niagara Falls is on standard time will operate, to the advantage of the track. There will be seven races daily with a fl.OGO handicap. Mr. l ewer has completed arrangements for trains from Toronto. Hamilton and Buffalo to the track. Automobile routes to the track also are being marked with arrows for the benefit of motorists.
