LOWER SHIPPING RATES MONTREAL, Que., June 18. — An announcement was made by the express companies yesterday which was, to say the least, pleasing to horsemen. It was that a reduction of 25 per cent had been made in shipping from point to point on the Canadian circuit. This ; reduction applies to two-doer express cars.
