! I I « ■ SUSPENSION FOR OWNER AND JOCKEY AT LATONIA LATONIA. Ky., June 18.— The stewards, after an investigation of the races run by the filly Slicker, suspended the license of her owner and trainer, J. E. Spencer, and also the license to ride of N. J. Barnes, the jockey who rede Slicker in her previous four races. The stewards will also recommend to the Kentucky State Racing Commission that the licensee of Spencer and Barnes be revoked. The suspension also includes all horses owned by Srencer as fellows: Jimmie Daw, Nulli Secundus, Slicker, Pander Pete, My Sweetie, Big Money, Petie, Blue Grass and Samb. The action followed a thorough invtstiga-tien, during which Spencer and Barnes were summoned before the stewards and questioned.
