FAIR LATONIA DAILY TURF GOSSIP AT NOTED KENTUCKY TRACK LATONIA. Ky., June 18. William Hamilton will relieve starter Snyder at the barrier Thursday and do the starting for the remainder of the meeting. Stuart Polk and Gene Lutz, who race their stables on the minor tracks, were among Wednesdays visitors. They are both in quest of racing material. Dr. E. H. Davis is visiting Latonia for the purse of inducing horsemen to ship their stables to British Columbia to participate in the numerous race meetings in that prov- . ince. J. H. Keene, general manager of the Ashland track, was among the visitors stopping off en route to Chicago on private business. He stated that everything was about completed for the opening at Raceland and that expectations were for a big meeting. A
