, OFFICIALS AT HUNTINGTON HUNTINGTON, W. Va., June 20.— Racing officials for the combined fair and horse race meeting which is to be held by the Huntington Tri-State Fair Association at the fair grounds just below Barboursville, from August 4 to 16 were announced today. The officials arc : John S. Wallace, presiding judge and raring secretary ; N. II. McClelland, associate judge and clerk of scales; William Hamilton, starter, and Charles Henry, paddock and patrol judge. The original date of the fair and race meet was August 25 to September C but this was changed so that the local fair might follow right in behind the meeting to be held at Ashland Ky., from July 10 to 31, and facilitate the bringing of horses here. Seven races will be run daily and several handicaps will feature the meet, with purses ranging from 00 to ,000.
