I [FAIR LAT0N1A DAILY TURF GOSSIP AT NOTED KENTUCKY TRACK LATONLA, Ky., June 2L Annie Lyle, whose entered price in the opening race was 00, went to J. B. Partridges stable after the race at a cost of 51,900, her claiming price. Jockey J. Pevic, for delinquincy in filling engagements, was fined 0 by the stewards and notified that further dereliction would bring suspension. The stewards are lifting the- badges of such jockeys who are not under contract to some owner and who are not riding at the meeting. N. Barretts badge was taken up at the beginning of the Latonia meeting, he having ridden in but one race at Churchill Downs, but he was permitted to resume riding Friday on condition that he show more activity in the future. The stable of Brownell Combs, in charge of trainer George Denny, will be shipped to Ijexington Sunday morning. Most of the stables horses have been prevented from racing by slight illness. Black Gold will make his first appearance under colors at the Latonia meeting when he clashes with nine other Derby eligibles in j the fifth race Monday, an allowance affair 1 at one mile and an eighth. « .
