DEVONSHIRE TURF NOTES WINDSOR, OnL, Aug. 13. Jockey F. Dayvie has severed his connection with J. Diggins and will join the stable of R. B. Jackson at Ottawa and will ride for him in the future. C. Berthiaume has bought a half interest in Topi from Frank McCoy. H. B. Larvey will train Topi. Mr. McCoy and Berthiaume intend to strengthen their stable for fall racing. George Alexander arrived here from Fort Erie and left a division of his stable there in charge of his son Albert. He will ship them to Windsor after the Fort Erie meet-ign to join the horses racing here.
