Won easily; second and third driving. DUTCH GIRL, close up from the start, raced past the others with a rush after going the first three-eighths and, taking the lead in the stretch, won going away. OIL BURNER began fast and showed the most speed to the stretch, but tired slightly. BRILLIANT was saved under hard restraint in the early running and when going fast in the last eighth was suddenly taken back, then finished gamely when haid ridden. MY DREAM ran a good race. STATLER moved up fast after reaching the stretch, but was easily held safe. IVY came from far back in the last quarter and was racing gamely at the end. LANOIL also finished well. The latter began slowly, but moved up fast just before reaching the stretch and finished gamely in the final drive. KEAOLANI raced forwardly from the start, lmt tired near the end. MARINE CORPS closed an immense gap in the last quarter. NO LADY tired in the last eighth. FAITHFUL GIRL set a good pace to the stretch and quit badly. THE ROLL CALL raced in closest pursuit from the start and, after losing some ground by coming wide on the last turn, came fast and gamely through the stretch, but was lucky to win. ETHEL CLAYTON showed fine speed in pacemaking and was running fast in the stretch when she f.wcrved badly, but came again near the end and would have won in another stride. The latter was close up all the way, but lost ground by coming wide on the stretch turn. LESTER DOCTOR set the early pace, but was tiring through the stretch drive. KINGS RANSOM came fast in the last quarter. MISS CERINA was done after going a half mile. IONDELLE also quit after going a half mile. DUSTABOUT was away poorly.
