LAST MEETING OF THE YEAR TORONTO, Ont, Sept 25. The Canadian Racing Associations met this afternoon for the last time this year and adjourned pending the call of the secretary. Business was of the routine variety and lighter than ordinary. Following are the trainers granted licenses: J. Bernard, E. Groves, R. E. Potts, R. Witman. The following jockeys were : granted licenses: W. Collins, F. Coltlletti, E. Fator, C. H. Hooper, W. Howard, E. Le-gere. A. N. Roy was authorized as agent ; for A. Baillargeon and C.: Robillard.
