Won easily; second and third driving. HARLAN raced LADDIE BUCK into defeat in the first half mile and then drew away to win easing up. ANTIQUARIAN gained steadily and finished fast in the middle of the track. POOR SPORT worked his way up while rounding the turn into the homestretch and, finishing fast into the lead, was going away at the end. PETER PIPER showed the most speed and set a fast pace for five-eighths before he began to tire. PREVIEUX ran well, but tired in the final drive. TELESCOPE finished fast on the extreme outside. ANTONIA ran a fast half mile and ouit in the stretch. Won easily; second and third driving. MARGIE K. forced the pace to the turn out of the backstretch from where she raced into the lead and won under restraint. ROSE CLOUD began slowly and was badly outrun but moved up rapidly after rounding the far turn and finished with a rush. MASTER BLUE closed a can and out-gamed TRAVERS in the stretch drive. TURBULENT was shuffled back while going to the first turn, then was taken to the outside on the backstretch and, racing to the front with a rush after passing the half mile post, drew away into a long lead and won easing up. EBB TIDE was a forward contender all the way and was lucky in escaping interference on the first turn. RACKET ran a game. race. THESSALY began quickly and showed the most early speed, but failed to stay. JUST was in a jam scon after the start and was eased up. MARY AGNES was off badly. COMIXA set a fast pace and, racing LORD BALTIMORE II. into defeat in the first three-eighths and withstanding a cliallenge from AVILL LAND, held the latter safe all through the homestretch. AVILL LAND moved up with a pressing challenge at the three-eighths post, but tired after getting to the leader. SHUFFLE ALONG was outrun all the way, but ran well and finished gamely SETTING SUN appeared high in flesh when going to the post.
