CAMBRIDGESHIRE POSTPONED SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, Eng., Oct. 10. Because of the general election called for October 29, following the recent crushing defeat of the Labor government, racing scheduled at Newmarket for that day has been called off and the Cambridgeshire postponed until October 30.
