PICAROON STAKE WINNER SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, Eng., Oct. 10. Picaroon, by Beppo Ciceronelta, won the Imperial Produce Plate at Kempton Park today by a length from Manna. Picaroon, trained by Alex Taylor, was the favorite. Five started in the race.
