COURT ACTION DEFERRED From New Orleans comes word that on receipt of a telegram from Joseph A. Murphy, who is at Dallas, Texas, in charge of the State Fair racing now in progress there. Attorney Albert Sabath, representing the Murphy interests, withheld the contemplated federal court action in an attempt to procure an injunction preventing the transfer of the Jefferson Park track stock to New Orleans syndicate of Messrs. R. S. Eddy, Jr., R. A. Leigh, R. S. Maestri and J. L. Lemarie. Accoring to the telagram Attorney Sabath was requested to defer action until Judge Murphy arrives in New Orleans next week.
