VALUE OF THE "SKULL CAPS" BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 13. Jockey Kennedy, an habitual wearer of one of the "skull caps," fell with Damask at the eighteenth jump in todays steeplechase and Courteous went over him. The boy was removed to a hospital, but word from there was that he is not in danger, but his collar bone was broken. The cap he wore was deeply dented by the mark of a horses plate and was split up one side for about three inches.
