The latter, after being saved in the early running, fought it out gamely through the last eighth. LADY TUILBY finished well and was prominent from the start. DOYAL DICK . was away slowly and ridden wide on the turns, but finished fast. BESSIE LEIGHTON ran poorly. PARODY was alwavs far back. COUNTRY PRINCESS was hard ridden for the entire route and, coming fast in the last sixteenth, J outstayed FASNET. The latter came with a great rush in the fctrctch and was going fastest at the end. t TWILIGHT nOUR began slowly and had to race around on the outside of the others, then appeared the f winner, when a sixteenth out, but tired. BEACH TALK lost ground on the last turn and ran a poor race. FAIR AISION began tiring in the last eighth. MARQUETTE and SPARKLE STAR quit badly, after alternating in paceniaking. REPEATER moved up with a rush and, taking the lead on the stretch turn, held sway to win going away. ANTIQUITY raced prominently for the entire race and finished well. LUGS appeared sore when going to the post, but raced well and finished gamely in the final drive. AArAR PRIZE was going fast j at the end. TAYLOR HAY had a rough race. ROYAL SPRING set a good pace to the last turn and quit badly. SUARK had the best of the start and raced in closest pursuit all the way, but was lucky to be second. SUPREMUS was practically left at the post and was ridden wide into the stretch, but finished fast. MISS JENNIE set a fast pace to the last eighth and tired. BUTTRESS ran well. GEM began badly and was raced into forward contention with a rush, then lost much ground by coming wide on the stretch turn. UNCLE AELO set a good pace and tired badly in the last quarter.
