MARGIE K. began slowly and was outrun early, but closed a gap and finished fast on the outside. SPANISH NAME also made up ground and finished with a rush. CLONASLEE showed speed, but Ucd and can do much better. BRYNDBAR dropped back after closing a gap into second place. ROCK BASS followed COURTEOUS closely, under restraint, and, making his move after beginning the final turn of the field, raced into a long lead and was going fast when DAMASK fell, in landing at the eighteenth jump. BYNG was always outrun, but finished well. COURTEOUS led for tho first mile, but was beaten when he fell over DAMASK, but was remounted and finished the course for third money. LINKS was outrun all the way and refused at the seventeenth jump and again at the next obstacle. DAMASK was running fast and with a good chance to win when he fell. yd O THIRD RACE 3-4 Mile. ZEEBRUGGE followed the leaders closely, under restraint, and finished fastest of all. SUN ALTOS set a good pace, but quit in the final drive. MARK OVER ran well. SUBURBAN swerved out in the stretch. LUCKY PLAY made up ground and finished well. GOSHAWK quit after setting a neat pace to the stretch.
