CINCINNATI TURFMAN DEAD CINCINNATI, Ohio, Dec. 12. John Hamilton, 59 years old, and well known in local turf circles, died yesterday at the St. Elizabeth Hospital, Covington, Ky. Mr. Hamilton suffered a stroke of apoplexy and was removed to the hospital from his apartment in the Hotel Sinton. The deceased was interested in various thoroughbreds, Jack Frost, one of his racers, having annexed a purse last week at the Tijuana course. He also campaigned Stonestreet and Helen Carter, frequent winner at Latonia years ago. At the time of his death Mr. Hamilton was head of a sugar brokerage firm here. The 1 funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. from the Madison Avenue Episcopal Church. Interment will be in Highland cemetery on the Lexington Tike. l
