E. R. BRADLEY AN ARRIVAL Reaches New Orleans and Finds Improvements at Fair Grounds Nearly Completed. XEW ORLEANS, La.. Dec. 19. E. It. Bradley, master of the Idle Hour Farm, and who, with E. G. Schleider and John P, Sullivan, control the destinies of the Fair Grounds, was an arrival during the day and will remain here until January C, before Ins visit to Palm Beach for the winter. He-is accompanied by Mrs. Bradley. Mr. Bradley paid a brief vsit to Jefferson Parle to witness his filly. Beach Talk, race and viewed her success from the press box. The genial master of Idle Hour Farm was much enthused with conditions he found here, and spoke optimistically of the prospects for the Fair Grounds. The numerous improvements there commended for the Fair Grounds he found weii along in construction and he has been assured that they will be completed in every detail before the opening of the race meeting, January 1. The community house is almost ready to be opened and it has been furnished with a well-stocked and choicely selected library. The shower baths and lockers are of the most modern. The opening of the community house will be one of the. features of the meeting.
