JOCKEY BYRNE PUNISHED HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 19. Jockey Byrne, who had the mount on Little Smoke in the fifth race Thursday, was fined a hundred dollars and suspended for thirty days for cutting across in front of the others. The stewards are determined to stamp out rough riding here. The second time offender against this rule will have his license revoked.
