w MOSE LOWENSTEINS STABLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., April L— Mm Lowen-stein will start the spring season with a stable of twelve horses, and the prospects , are bright for a prosperous year. The stablo is headed by Rockland Princess, a thre-year-old filly that is expected to show up well in both the Ashland and Kentucky Oaks. The stable also includes Fretwell which ran a dead heat with Altawood last year, Lierre. Granite Ware, Miss Russell, chestnut filly, by Tho Finn— Rockland ; Little Glory, chestnut colt, by Paul Weidel — Bit of Glory ; Teenie, bay filly by Paul Weidel— Frivol ; David L. bay colt, by Paul Weidel — Birka, and Colonel Board, gray colt by Royal Canopy — Loveless. The latter was named for the popular owner of Bourbon Boy. David I.. is an eligible to the Tobacco Stakes.
