BUY OLD UTAH RACE TRACK SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 21.— The one mile Lagoon race track, located midway between Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah, has been acquired by Joe Cattarinich and Leo Dandurand of Montreal and M. C Dever and V. N. Murray of New York, according to announcement here today. It is planned to recondition the track immediately. It has not been used for many years. Racing at Lagoon, however, is dependent upon the granting of a license by a commission created under the racing law as passed by the last Itah legislature. If dates are granted a twenty-live days spring meeting may be attempted begining May 16.
