• WOODBINE TURF NOTES TORONTO, Ont., April 30. G. M. Hendrie arrived from Miami on Sunday and attended the Canadian Racing Associations meeting on Monday afternoon. Irish Skies, an imported four-year-old maiden, has been purchased from the Queen City Stable by Paul Ciceri. one of the owners of St Patricks professional hockey club. Com. J. K. L. Ross was in town for the C. R A. meeting Monday His string of thirty-eight will be shipped from Churchill Downs to Woodbine on Wednesday. Johnny Hynes, who trains for the Thorn-cliffe string, was a visitor to look over stable accommodations. The Thorncliffe horses will not be brought down, however, until the middle of May. Charles Millar has the imported mare Troutling, by Phaleron — La Truite in training. Taurus, a two-year-old, whose dam is Troutling, and a yearling by Sobieski — Troutling, are also in the Millar barn. •
