PIMLICO TURF NOTES BALTIMORE, Md., May 11. Elmer James, in charge of the E. J. Morrow stable, pulled out for Toronto yesterday. A division of the R. T. Wilson and Glen Riddle Stable were sent to New York. On Thursday, the Seagram Stable and the horses owned by Thomas Francis, James Arthur, R. W. Carter and G. W. Foreman, will leave for Toronto. Many of the prominent stables racing here entered in the stakes to be run at the Woodbine track, the jumping events filling especially well. James Rowe nominated several of the Harry Payne Whitney and the Green-tree Stable racers. Max Hirtieh put Sarazen in the Toronto Cup and J. Kermath entered all of the W. J. Salmon jumpers. Three horses changed hands via the claiming route on Saturday, Harold Goodwin securing Mintstick for ,000, W. Irvine acting for Edward F. Whitney took Pathan for ,000 and M. Hackett claimed Dancing Fool for ,000. L. Angevine, secretary of the Montreal Jockey Club, is here looking after the closing of the stakes to be run at the Blue Bonnets track. Thomas J. Healey may split his stable and send some horses to Canada. W. J. Salmon and his party left for Kentucky in his private car. The mares and stallions at the Nursery Farm will be inspected and at the conclusion of that sale Mr. Salmon and his friends will go to I ouis-ville to witness tne running of the Kentucky Derby. Mrs. Baker and several friends also left for Lexington to attend the sale. Rock Man, the crack two-year-old, races tor Mrs. Baker, whose nom de course is the Sagamore Stable. Jockey J. Callahan was suspended for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding in the third race. A
