MUST WEAR SKULL CAPS TORONTO. Ont., May 19.— Riders In the steeplerhases at Woodbine will wear the protecting fibro skull caps which are now required under tho regulations of the National Steeplechase and Hunts Association in the 1nited States. It is probable that flat race riders will lie required to provide them-..elves with similar equipment on the tracks of the Canadian Racing Associations during tho approaching season.
