JAMAICA TURF NOTES JAMAICA, N. Y.. May 19. John B. Campbell arrived from Baltimore, and distributed stake blanks for the coming meeting, to be held at Windsor, Ontario. Mr. Campbell leaves for Toronto Tuesday, to officiate at the Woodbine track. Three additions were made Monday to the sale of horses in training that Charles R. Hill conducts at Belmont Park paddock. W. R. Coe has consigned Bal Masque, Grasshopper and Glide On to the auction block. The chief offerings will be from the stable of the late Julius Fleischmann. Jockey E. Ambrose has received an offer to ride Forecast in the running of the Kings Plate to be decided at the Woodbine course next Saturday. Ambrose will probably accept. E. H. "Snapper" Garrison, who was confined in the Bay Ridge Hospital for the past six weeks with appendicitis, was a visitor for the first time today.
