CONEY ISLANDS STEWARDS CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 8.— The list of stewards that will serve at the new race track at Coney Island, near Cincinnati. where racing is to begin July 6 for a period of 5S days, was made known this afternoon and are as follows : George Brown Jr., C. W. Hay and Martin Nathanson. The latter will also serve as the racing secretary. He stated that the report that the new track was hard and conducive to breaking down horses was erroneous. The racing strip will be made as perfect as human ingenuity can make it. Mr. Nathanson also announced that entry to the stakes, which close tomorrow, are coming in rapidly and that some of the most prominent horses in training are among the lists.
