Soggarth Aroon, Vitamin and Eggr.og have been excused. 13. McI3ermid was refused a trainers license to train for W. M. Cain. Jockey J. Allen was refused a riding license. IJigheart and Old Crow were ordered placed on the outside in all their races. Tom and Norman Seagram attended the races for the first time since the death of their mother. J. H. Madigin of the Fort Erie track, was an absentee at the meeting of the Canadian llacing Association, today. lvte Walls bad his first mount toduy since his fall at Woodbine, in which he was severely injured. F. J. Baker suspended at Connaught Park for rough riding, was back in the saddle today. II. Fisher, who scored astride Just Fine in the race for maiden jockeys yesterday, is a brother of R. Fisher, who rides for the J. K. L. Ross stable. Horsemen who intend racing at Hamilton have been notified to make stable reservations with David S. Gillies. Archie Zimmer was an arrival from New York with Llewellyn and two two-year-olds, Which be recently purchased from Mrs. L,. A. Livingstone. Pathan was excused from the last race by the stewards.
