FOURTH VICTORY IN A ROW Lure of Gold Continues Winning Way at Brooklyn Park — Yzequicrdos Double Score. CLKVFLANT, Ohio, June 17— Showing the way practically throughout, W. Tingles I.urn of Gold scored a handy victory over Clever Seth in the Rotarian Handicap, fifth and feature at Brooklyn Park this afternoon. The Plainsman was third, heating the remaining starter Wuhu with ease. Following a heavy rain about noon which rendered the track muddy, the race was robbed of much of its interest through scratching. Lure of Golds success marked her third winning performance at this meeting and her fourth consecutive victory. Despite the uninviting weather outlook, a good mid-week day crowd was in attendance. The rain ceased about race time and the track was drying out rapidly at the close of the afternoon. She Devil led her opponents by a safe margin from barrier to end in the sixth. Miracle Man proved to be much the best of the others. While enroute to the post Calvin got the better of jockey C. Phillips and the rider Jumped off. The horse ran 11-4 miles before being captured. Dr. Sisk showed the way at all stages of the curtain raiser and scored a handy victory over Garish, which forced the pace throughout. Miss Emerson easily disposed of Crystal Vennie in the last quarter for third place. C. Tzequierdo saddled two winners. Rapid Stride and Beg Pardon. Rapid Stride displayed the most sped in the second dash, but he barely lasted to earn a nose decision over the fast-finishing Moon Brook. Drummor.d came from far back to be third. After racing Marie Maxim into defeat. Beg Pard.jji scored by a more comfortable margin in the fourth race. Matinee Idol came from the rear to beat Kinburn home for second place. Kinburn injured his chances by running away a quarter before the start came. Ashburton led a mediocre band from end to end in the third race. Harry M. Stevens raced into second place in the stretch, outlasting the tiring Sea-Wolf. . *
