PROBABLE TIJUANA WINNERS BY HANDICAPPER LORD VALENTINE— NEW PINK— BLACK PAT. Ix rd Valentines last race was a good one when he lost a nose decision to Silver State. If he runs the same race today, should be returned the winner. New Pink has been threatening in his previous races and should now about be ready for a winning effort. Is the contender. Black Pat lands in third position, his last out over the seven-eighths distance. Shoufd do better here at the shorter distance. BLUE DALE— LATISHA— PETER PIERSON. Blue Dales last effort resulted in an easy win and he has but to repeat that race to-run his score to two in a row. Latisha is the one to fear. Her last five races have been good ones and is expected to prove a keen contender. Peter Pierson has not got home the winner in a good many starts, but is a speedy individual when in a running mood. Ix ok for him to land the show end of the purse. DUMBFOUNDER— PRAISE— HACK A-MORE. Pumbfounders recent races have iwn such to suggest that he is gradually nearing winning form. Look for him to step out today and romp home the winner. Praise is a shifty sort of a plater and is always trying. Like him for the place. Hackamore, when right, could win here. On present form is given the edge for the show. FLEER— OLD SINNER— nAPPY. Fleer can always be counted on to give his best If given a good ride, look for him to repeat his last victory. Old Sinner is the one we like for the place here. Happy has been touted as a bettor horse than he has shown to be sd far. If any-good at all, should grab off the short end of the purse, COFFIELD— EL ROBLE— GREEN SPRING. Coffield was a long time in rounding into winning form, but now that he is in the pink, should be able to score an easy win against this kind of company. El Roble, on recent form, is well able to get the place portion of the money. Green Springs last two races should be thrown out in figuring the probable winner. Is the one we like for the show. CONQUISTADOR— SHASTA COMFORT— POLANTE. Conquistador is a brother to the once mighty Morvich and started off as did his brother when he was winner in his only race to date. He meets some fast juveniles here in the renewal of the Tijuana Futurity, but is looked upon as being well able to score again. His connections are sweet on him and have made the statement that he should go on to even greater heights than did Morvich. Shasta Comfort is said to be the best of the baby racers sent to the post this year by his owner, the Brown Shasta Stock Farm Stable. His last race was a good one when he finished second to Conquistador and was giving him a tussle at the finish. Polante is a fast racer from the stable of the Nevada Stock Farm Stable and has three wins in a row to his credit Look for him to be the one to land in third position and may do even better. GENERAL THATCHER— BUSTER KEATON— THISTLEWOOD. General Thatcher can sprint or go a distance, and weight does not bother him. He is asked to give eleven pounds to the next horso in the weights, but look for him to do it with ease. Buster Keaton scored in his last race, but he meets much better company today and dont think he can repeat. He seems to have lost much of his 1924 form. Thistlewood is coupled with General Thatcher as an entry and right now is in excellent form. Should give a good account of himself here. PRINCESS DOREEN— CHEKRY TREE— SERENADER. Princess Doreen failed miserably in the Coffroth, and even the crack Sande could not get her to run. After the race he said he thought she had been given too much racing prior to the big handicap. With the rest she has received since last Sunday, she should be in good trim to romp home victorious in todays event. Cherry Tree gave a good exhibition when he was up in the final strides to get the show money in the Coffroth. Look for him to furnish plenty of contention today. Serenader found the distance of the Coffroth a little too long for him, but should do better here. Like him for the show end of the purse. MARY DEAR— YANDERBURG— FINIS GLORIOSUS. Mary Dears present form is good, and if she continues to race as she has in recent starts, should be the winner here. Vanderburg lost a tough race to George Starr his last out. His chances look good for getting the place today. Finis Gloriosus is coupled with Vanderburg as an entry and is capable of finishing in the money. WRACKLANE— WONDER LIGHT— HYANPOM. Wracklane was a little short in his last race when he was beaten a nose by Wonder Light. Ixxjk for him to reverse that finish today when they again hook up. Wonder Light was, in a measure, lucky in his last start, and dont expect him to be able to repeat. Hyanpom hasnt won a race in a good long while, but has been in the money on various occasions. Like him for the short end of the purse*
