SUIT AGAINST ANDERSON Estate of C. T. Withington Claims ,000 Due on Note and an Interest in Carlaris. TIJUANA, Mexico. April 10. The estate of C. T. Withington. who in 1923 and 1924 was interested with VV. T. Anderson in the San Diego stable, has filed suit against Anderson for J.".. 000. said to be due on a back note and also claim an interest in Carlaris, Coffroth Handicap winner. Anderson has filed counter suit for ,000, said to be owing him for services as trainer for the San Diego Stable and claims positively that that establishment lias no interest whatever in Carlaris. Anderson was connected with two sialics in 19SS-19S4, namely, the Chula Vista | Stable, of which he and Mrs. V. T. Anderson were registered as the owners, and the San Diego Stable, the owners of which were Carl Withingtin and Anderson. Carlaris was put chased at Saratoga by Anderson when both stables were still in , existence, but when he raced as a two-year-old in the Fast he carried the colors of the . Chula Vista Stable. Lyle Withington, exeou-feOT of the estate, claims that Carlaris was bought for the partnership. This partnership - was dissolved early in 102."i, Carl 1 ■Withingtou decided to retire from racing. .
