1 1 , NEW YORK RACING COMMISSION CONTINUED ALBANY. N. Y.. April 10. -A bill to m-1 enact the law in relation to the formation of corporations for raising, breeding and im-l proving the breed of horses, and continuing the State Racing Commission has been pass.d and goes to the Covernor for consideration In the original law the Jeekej clubs and racing corporations were included in the membership lass and has been omitted from the revision of the law, for the reason that eorporations formed under it are stock oor-, poiations and they are said to be rightfully so. The bill which the Covernor is asked to approve re-enacts the article without change. It has not been included in an other law because tile allocation of the State Racing Commission has not yet been made | the legislature under Ike reorganization plan. This law is proposed so that if the membership corporation law is enacted at this session of the legislature, the jockey clubs and racing aaaoclntionfl will bo continued as in the past.
