JUDGE SHELLEY INJURED LOUISVILIJS. Ky., April 5.— While en route from Lexington to Louisville, judge William H. Shelley, who officiates at Iex-ington, the Downs, Latonia and Lincoln Fields, was slightly injured when the bus in which he was riding overturned while negotiating a particularly bad stretch of road below this city. Judge Shelley escaped wiUi just a few minor bruises.
