LOUISVILLE NOTES LOUISVILLE Ky May 18 18Don Don Diego the star of the Keeneland Stud Stable has been returned to regular train ¬ ing following a brief letup after his suc ¬ cessful winter campaign This stable soon will be transferred to Chicago for the Wash ¬ ington Park meeting meetingR R J Gilmore came over from Lexington for a stay of several days and reported that fully two hundred and fifty horses are now at the Kentucky Association track where his stable is quartered Included in the stables there is the Cold Stream Farm Stable in charge of Frank Taylor Most of the stables are preparing to ship either to Latonia Fairmount or Washington Park ParkThere There are now twenty horses on starter Hamiltons schooling list and these are Broadaxe Button My Destiny Sniper Kingslar Ruler Alloy Seminola Pandy Starbeck Junie Aspinwall Girl Eighteen Sixty Lady Rosabelle Lucky Donna Long Worth Nettie Sweep Red Ruby Red Ace and Wild Notes NotesG G M Burton arrived from Lexington with the horses Brawner John Vohn and Mulli ¬ gans Son The latter is a twoyearold twoyearoldThe The Island Farm Stable which has an option on the contract V Cloud is holding on apprentice T Pascuma has until June 7 to exercise the purchase right of the option The contract covers a period of two years and Paseumas apprenticeship expires on June 20 20A A number of friends of the late John C Gallaher who died at Tucson last Sunday will go to Lexington to attend the final rites for the late turfman Friday
