INCREASES CAPITAL STOCK The American Turf Association, which was organized recently to take over the properties of the dissolved Kentucky Jockey Club, plans to increase its capital stock from ,000,000 to 3.00 ,000. Of this amount. . 000, 000 will remain in the treasury sinking fund. The stockholders wili he asl;ed to vote for such an increase at a meeting of the association headquarters here in Chicago on April 17.
