• 1 ; ! . STALLION SOULOUQUE DEAD LONDON, England. — The well-bred stallion, Soulouque, who was 17 years old and was suffering from paralysis, had to be destroyed. The son of Marco stood at the Shan-; ganagh Park Stud, County Dublin. He was bred by Lord Rosebery, but was a dis- appointment on the turf. He was an own brother to Neil Gow, and a half-brother to Traquair. The best of Soulouques stock were Facino, Big Ben. Groomsport, and Cloughane, who was a champion performer in Ceylon, and is now running in India.
