H. T. ARCHIBALD S NEW FARM NEW YORK, N. Y., May 17.— George I Walker, who has been appointed the manager of the new breeding farm which H. T. Archi-I bald is establishing at The Plains, Va., was I an arrival. He reports that work has al-, ready been started on the houses and build-1 ing. The mares which have been bred at present are in Kentucky and will be moved to their new home in the fall.
