MIAMI OUTLOOK PROMISING ARLINGTON HEIGHTS. 111.. June 6.— According to advices from Florida the primaries held there resulted in success for candidates favorable to racing and there is a good prospect for the resumption of racing in Miami. President Smoot of the Miami Jockey Club is expected here soon and it is said that he will confer with Frank J. Bruen relative to becoming the manager of the Miami track. —a. -.
