FAIRMOUNT PARK NOTES $ I COLLINS VI LLE, 111., June 6. Jockey R. Mozer and jockey R Crees, free lance riders at Fairmcunt Park, are leaving , for Kansas City to ride at the Riverside U Park race meeting at that point. Jockey W. Lauscher has been exonerated •d of all charges held against hirn pertaining to to the fate of Tony Statin, a Collinsvill 111., policeman. Lauscher WM being held under « accusation of having run over him with an £ automobile. At the inquest, which "was held Id Tuesday, the eye-witnesses to the accident " declared that they saw Staten struck by a coupe, it being then pointed out that Lausch-ers u car is a roadster. The case against st Lauscher was dismissed. Jockey P. Francis was out of the saddle Ie today and will probably refrain from riding lg for a few days, under orders from the track Ek doctors. He suffered an injured shoulder er when he was in a spill with Sleepy Head in the seventh race Tuesday but, luckily, escaped s- without grave injury. Francis was as galloping horses here this morning. ]
