W. DUGAN SERIOUSLY ILL NEW YORK, N. Y.. June 6.— Willie Dugan, forzner jockey and later patrol judge at Miami, is seriously ill at the Hotel Marseilles with tuberculosis. A collection will be started by Tom Thorp and Abe Haliday on Friday for the relief of the horseman to send him to a climate suitable for the disease. A .
